These guys are professional chinese scammers. They scam a bunch of people and then start a new website selling game keys. I know lots of people who got robbed by them including myself. I believe they’re laundring money.
Most of the positive reviews are done by themself on Trustpilot and when someone writes a negative review it gets removed. This is how trustpilot earns money and this is why scammers and shady businesses love Trustpilot.
Even if you do get a key at their mercy it will be removed by Steam because they use stolen CC’s to obtain them.

Bad service, slow delivery
I wanna do this short…
Pre-ordered “Dying Light”. Never recieved a confirmation of my buy to my email. I wrote them 5 times, and all 5 times they talk around my subject. Still haven’t recieved any confirmation of the buy.
Dying Light was released today. I recieved an email that said – and I quote:
” Due to recent changes in the release date of Dying Light by the Developer company, the keys will be delivered through 29th and 30th January.
We’re so sorry about this setback because all of us are looking forward to play this title, but we can’t offer a solution to this delay since this decision comes from the Publisher itself and we can’t do nothing about it.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything else 😉 ”
It’s funny, because this cd key store seems to be the only one that is having a delay, since all my friends, who ordered this from other stores, and who I was actually going to play with today, are playing it right now. They all got their keys.
I haven’t recieved my key yet or answers from the store… Very slow and bad service.
I wouldn’t recommend this store and wont do my buying here again as it is right now.

The store had until this date to send me my key… Still hasn’t been done.
I have now sended a mail so I can get back my money! This experience I would rather have been without.

Had the same experience as Mark. Pre-ordered The Witcher 3 on 19-Dec-2014. UGStore could not deliver and to my email a day after release day (20th May) they responded that cannot deliver because of the publisher but they have started the refund process. On 11th June there was still no delivery or refund so I contacted them again. It took them 6 days to reply to that one and they stated that refund is not possible because the payment platform does not enable it so far from the payment date, they can give me store credit (thanks but no thanks). So I have contacted PayPal who confirmed in writing sadly the buyer protection (of course I tried to trigger that 🙂 at that time had a 45 days limit (it’s 180 days since then) but it is possible for the seller to contact PayPal and authorize to reverse the payment. I sent that to UGStore yesterday, so far no feedback.
It’s one thing that they cannot deliver and do not like to give refunds, but my main issue with them is that their support lied to me twice (first that they started the refund and then that PayPal does not allow it). I have no idea how they got the trusted store rating from allkeyshop, they are far from trustworthy based on my experience.
