Password on account has been changed and now I can’t play the game I’ve bought. Beware that they require that you play from their account! This is not stated anywhere until you get the installation instructions after you have bought the game. On their support page it says you can play from your own account but this is not true. This is also stated in a response to a review from the date 02.19.2019 on a page further back here in the reviews. I registered the account as my primary account and played it from my own, in case of just such a case where the account stops working, if I had played on the provided account my progress would have been lost. Suddenly the login details have changed and since I was using my own account they will not give me a refund or a new account.

Correction: review date where it states how to set account as primary account is from 02 january 2019.

Will never use this shop again for my games and i think allkeyshop should remove them from there sales as its clearly a big scam if you read the other reviews as well which I didn’t until it was to late the reviews on trust pilot are fakes please allkeyshop listen to us and respond appropriately

I bought the division 2, 24 hours ago and have not received my account or a reply to the 3 messages I left their support team.
Wish I read reviews before placing the order.. money has already come out and I am stuck. Anyone actually received their game?? Pls help!!
