I purchased Superhot nearly 2 days ago. Have contacted the company by Email and on twitter, getting no response at any time. If there is a problem, we should be notified quickly and not made to wait this long. Any problems with any game should be reflected on the stores product page. If I don’t get an answer soon or a key then I will get a refund through Paypal. Work on your customer service Gk4, because right now it is below par and I would not even recommend you to people I didn’t like. 🙁

Falsely advertised keys and unwilling to issue refund! Be warned.

Purchased a Windows 10 key on the assumption that this would be a retail key, rather than an OEM key as the page did not make a notice of this whereas the product pages for their other Windows keys did state clearly that these were OEM. By omitting this it implies it wouldn’t be an OEM key. Turns out these keys were, in fact, OEM, which I do not need and would not have bought had I known this beforehand.

Moreover, the first key I was issued (before I knew it would be an OEM key) had already been used (!). After this, I asked them to clarify what kind of key it was, and I made it clear that if it was an OEM key I did not wish to receive a replacement key. Nonetheless, they sent me a key and stated that once keys are given they are unable to give refunds. Clever.

Their customer service does not wish to understand or issue a refund. Quite unpleasant misdirection on the behalf of GK4.me. I’ll certainly not buy any of their products and advise others to think twice, lest you receive a key that out of the blue turns out to be region-locked, OEM, already used, you name it, and they’ll refuse to issue a refund.

I have done one payment for wow legion key.. I did everything correct and i have sent one email but no one awnser me. I sent message for facebook and stuff but no one answers. I still waiting for a response please help me. i just want my key.
