Sims 4 Seasons
The key was nowhere to retrieve and there was no purchase confirmation email (though the purchase was visible on my paypal account).
I contacted support and within 24 hours they replied telling me they were out of stock for any sims 4 packages and they issued a full refund (which i have received).
The situation was dealt properly, but to avoid future disapointments it would be worth removing the listings that are out of stock 🙂
Trust the other bad reviews. I didn’t and I never received my key.
I don’t know where my previous comment has gone, but I’m updating it. Gamesrocket turns out not just a data phishing site for asking for unnecessary personal data without a valid support, but their support didn’t have the decency to reply in English to my request (in English), they replied in German. After translating their email they gave me an address where I can request for refund, but that email doesn’t work, it rejects every email. Gamesrocket is an annoying fraud, should be removed from Allkeyshop.
You should remove this store.
It used to be a great store, but after the liquidation – it went into the hands of a bunch of incompetent scammers.
They are full of nevative reviews everywhere.
I personally bought a bunch of PSN Plus codes, and to my surprise, the keys were all duplicates. I contacted PS support, and they confirmed that the codes are used since April. And now, for more than two weeks i’m trying to contact their support. No response.
Nobody in answering their phone number, email, facebook, twitter, or any other means of comunication.
2 weeks without any response whatsoever.
Today my patience ran out, so i filed complaints with paypal for the payments.

I had bought Rainbow Six Siege from GamesRocket.
They want some additional verification info (it was an automated message).
I sent it to them. After 2 days (the maximum delay for verification) nothing happens. “Dead silence”.
I contact them, but the same automatic message, reply to wait for an answer…
I contact Allkeyshop, because they “host” the shop to their list and they told me, they could do nothing.
I contact Ubisoft, because Gamesrocket, is in their truster sellers list (!!!-???). Again the answer was “we can do nothing”.
I contact PayPal (I made the purchase via PP) and they forward the mail to Games Rocket, but again, no answer.
All this time, I sent to Gamesrocket, an e-mail to the customer support, to told me, what is going on with the order.
…”Dead Silence”.
At Least, after PayPal involved, the Order Statur, change to PayPal Reversed.
And that is I believe, a refund.
But 10 days later, I still have not receive any money.
You want to buy from them?
Now you are warned!
