Sold me keys they didn’t have. I specifically reached out to their support to make sure NBA 2k21 keys were still in stock. At first the support guy didn’t even understand what I was asking. Eventually, he said yes.. Well, I buy the key and of course they send me an email with an empty key field. Pathetic really

I have purchased Dark Souls Remaster for nice discounted price. Confirmation email came imediately, but instead of Activation key there is only some kind of default template: {_SERIAL_NB_1}.
I cannot view my activation key on their website. I cannot resend email with my legit activation key.
Filled ticket on their support page two times.
Wrote them email asking for real Activation key, that I have payed for. No answer for three days.
Definitely a SCAM site. Do NOT purchase anything!
