Game: DragonBall FighterZ- Ultimate Edition
Caught the game on their site for extremely cheap, bought it, ended up waiting a few days. The wait was a bit antsy because I got little to no feedback and was worried I’d been scammed but, got the code today without any trouble or asking for ID, no questions asked. I feel happy that the transaction went smoothly, it probably took a bit due to manual review. Just give it time, you’ll get what you paid for!
Game: Rainbow 6 Siege
They asked for my ID, but I did not want to submit my documents and I asked for a refund. I talk to a few backers and one said that this refund can take about 72 hours and the other 10 days … You can see that they all have different stories and I still haven’t received a refund. Almost three days and no refund. Again, I send a message to support, and they keep sending the same message and now they stop responding to my messages. Avoid this store they are very unprofessional and they will not refund your money.

Regarding the refund, it could be less than 24h or more than 10 days, depending your payment method.
Banks transactions can take a while, but a refund through Paypal is almost instant 🙂
And, about the delay of answer, yeah, we are not responding during the week-end, sorry our lives outside our jobs are pretty intense too 😀

Everything’s okay after a day or two. I got the key and logged into the game smoothly without any problem. The only thing i would like as customer is to warn us about things like that so we wont nag and expect we got scammed.That’s all and thanks for your services.

3 days and no info, or any e-mail from them. I tried a refund now. Sent an email to their paypal email.
But I gave 3.5, because my first purchase went good, i mean it took time. The second ride, didn’t went well and I’m being positive here….
