My experience was good, the page is not user friendly but it was worth it
Not a scam but my shopping experience was not good: After payment I got the info to wait for a security check. With no concrente waiting period. Might be fast, they might have to call me. Several minutes later I got a gift activation link.
The gift system stated Steam servers are not reachable for several hours. On the next day I got the info, my Steam user is not existing. Suddenly it worked and sent me the friend invite. Oh, system not reachable again, oh my user is not existing. Several retries again and I got the gift. Bad process. And email only support between 12-20. Maybe for keys the shop is decent but never again for gifted games.
This is not “instant delivery” shop.

I didn’t receive my game at first, and after I complained, they said they had no order under the order number I gave them or for my email adress.
I received a link moments later, but I could not claim it because their website said ” Game not found “.
From there, the support stopped answering my emails in english and instead spoke only german, only to tell me a few times to try again (spoiler alert : it did not work).
I’m now waiting for a refund, but I’ll never get my time back.
