I’m satisfied that the product works, but I am not satisfied that I had to wait 7 hours for the game and not satisfied that customer support did not reply, even in the 4 hours they had after I wrote to them. Therefore I can only rate them 2 and a half stars.

But from description i see language : (Languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Czech, Polish, Russian ) . When i start play i dont have Russian language . Support dont help . Rating this shop 0.5 because game work but product description does not match !!!
It even says that on the Steam store – So obviously it’s not the shop that didn’t anything wrong.

So I bought the game and it took two hours to get any email conformation of the purchase after emailing them 30 minutes after the purchase of the game since I didn’t get any conformation email at all besides my receipt from paypal. Although I did give them my id and password to get the game which I’m currently downloading right now. The customer service was good, but I’m no longer buying anything from this website no more after trying it out for the first time and having to wait for 3 hours and another hour to download the game.
