Ubisoft has revealed Rainbow Six Siege Year 7 Season 2 details, which include a new operator, crossover, and map.

RAINBOW SIX SIEGE YEAR 7 SEASON 2 REVEALED
Operation Vector Glare is officially Rainbow Six Siege’s Year 7 Season 2 (Y7S2) name and comes with new content and gameplay improvements.
Y7S2’s new operator is Sens, a Belgian attacker with high health but a slow speed.
Sens’ unique ability is the R.O.U. Projector System, which, after deployment, rolls and drops small projectors that create sight-blocking screens along its path.
Along with Sen, a new Team Deathmatch map called Close Quarter comes into the game and offers good movement and line of sight.
Y7S2 also sees the Shooting Range added to the Learn Area, allowing you to test recoil and damage on targets.
To help new players, Operator Guides provide quick tutorials on how best to utilize an Operator and their ability and gadget.
The last big update for the new season sees a change in player protection and privacy.
New privacy options allow you to create a custom temporary display name outside of a match and hide your avatar in favor of the default Ubisoft avatar.
You can also choose to hide your username and rename other players by having them appear as the NATO phonetic alphabet instead.
There are also tweaks to how reputation and reverse friendly fire work, as Ubisoft look to create a fairer gameplay experience for everyone.
Rainbow Six Siege Year 7 Season 2 begins on June 7 on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
