Pokémon Scarlet & Violet is the biggest boxed launch title of 2022, overtaking FIFA 23, and is the second biggest boxed launch title of any Pokémon game in the UK.

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet sold more than 10 million copies in its first three days, making it the best-selling launch title in terms of money generated in Nintendo history.

Both games also jumped to the top of the UK Boxed Charts as Pokémon Scarlet sat at the top with Pokémon Violet behind it in second and FIFA 23 in third.

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet changes the usual Pokémon formula as they offer expansive open worlds and Pokémon breeding.

Both games are available for the Nintendo Switch alone or in a bundle.
