About this game

Sea of Stars is a Turn-based JRPG developed by Sabotage Studio inspired by the classics of the genre whilst also modernizing the tried-and-true formula, you will step into the shoes of two siblings known as the “Children of the Solstice” as they try to defend the world against the monstrous creations of the alchemist known as the “Fleshmancer” Combine their powers of Sun and Moon to perform eclipse magic the only force capable enough to fend off his creations.

• While Sea of Stars is turn-based you can press the action button in sync with the animations to increase damage or reduce incoming damage. Combat also features multi-character combo attacks, boosting, and the “Locks” system offering you different damage types in order to hinder enemies while they are channeling their all-powerful attack.
• Traverse seamlessly in the world, there will be no random encounters to stop you or grinding to artificially slow you down. Swim, climb, vault, jump off or hoist yourself up ledges as you go where you please using a navigation system that’s much more like a platformer than the isometric bound to the grid movement people are used to.
• Encounter dozens of characters and story arcs that will give you an experience like no other, sometimes epic, sometimes silly, and other times emotional you will get to experience classic themes of adventure and friendship, while also being chock-full of unexpected twists and turns you expect of a Sabotage Production.
• Unwind in the world of “Sea of Stars” by Sailing, cooking, fishing, visiting the tavern to listen to a song or two, or playing an infamous board game known as “Wheels”. While some of these systems seem familiar to you, you will experience them again in a new light that pays homage to the old whilst rethinking some areas to offer a smooth and modernized experience.
