As you go through an Ultra Wormhole, the game welcomes you in the amazing world of Alola, in wich you will cross paths with Phyco and Soliera. This mysterious group is called the Ultra Recon Squad and will help the player in the 12 hours apart from real life action of the game.
This time, the player has to pass a series of surprising trials, where the scenario is now shorter, leaving space for battles and adventure. Also, the game offers the chance of meeting new characters, pokemons and places. The storyline seems to be different than the initial version and at one point it will have a great twist.
