The Shapeshifting Detective is an FMV style supernatural murder mystery game developed by D’Avekki Studios Ltd and Wales Interactive step into the shoes of the detective as he shapeshifts into other characters allowing you to spy and unlock secret conversations and private encounters. With this power will you be able to solve the murder?

• Dorota Shaw has been murdered, and the three prime suspects are tarot readers with the uncanny ability to which they claim to predict murder. It is your job to find out what else they might know by transforming into anyone you want allowing you to pry the answers off them.

Overall, this still needs a lot of work before I can recommend it. While the visual novel like sections and the UI are crisp on the Switch, the actual gameplay runs and looks bad. The only reason you should consider getting this game on Switch is if you absolutely need portability over everything else.
