Blizzard Removes Dungeon Finder in WoW Classic

Blizzard has removed the dungeon finder app in World of Warcraft Classic and replaced it with a new LFG tool.

Blizzard has confirmed that the dungeon finder tool, which first made an appearance in the original Wrath of the Lich King release, will not be included in WoW Classic.

In place of the dungeon finder, Blizzard has implemented the Looking for Group tool found in modern World of Warcraft.

The LFG tool is supposed to help players find groups easier and reduce spam in LFG channels by placing players into a team based on their class.

Unfortunately, since the pre-patch, the LFG app is buggy, with players reporting wrong roles being assigned and UI changes affecting healers.

Blizzard hopes to get this fixed by the time World of Warcraft Classic: Wrath of the Lich King releases on September 26.
