Big God of War News: Release Date + Story Trailer + Special Editions
In a blog post on the official Playstation US site, Cory Balrog from Sony Santa Monica Studios dropped a lot of big details for the upcoming PS4-exclusive, God of War. Maybe the biggest of these reveals is the game’s actual release date — 20 April.

The post also debuted a new story trailer which gives fans insight on why Kratos and his son, Atreus, have decided to brave the dangerous lands of the Norse wilds. It also gives glimpses of their adventure and what type of action players should expect from the game. You can watch the full trailer below:
Lastly, other special editions were revealed aside from the Stone Mason Edition. These are the Collector’s Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition. The Collector’s Edition is basically a cheaper version of the Stone Mason Edition, ditching the ring, the keychain, the carvings and an in-game shield. The Stone Mason Edition has also been confirmed to be available only in the US and Canada. The Digital Deluxe Edition will be perfect for those who don’t care too much for the physical goodies but want some awesome digital content instead.
