SoulCalibur 6 Will Ban Players With Inappropriate Custom Characters

Players of SoulCalibur 6 could get banned if they create “inappropriate custom characters” according to a Tweet by Bandai Namco. Players are able to create their very own characters with Create a Soul mode which limits your creation to your imagination. So, players with naughty thoughts will risk having the online feature being taken away from them as well as get banned from the online play. SoulCalibur 6 is already available right now for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.


Cyberpunk RTS Re-Legion Release Set for Q1 2019

Developer Ice Code Games and publisher 1C Entertainment has a new real-time strategy video game that has been introduced via a trailer and it is set to launch by the first quarter of 2019. The game is called Re-Legion and it has a Cyberpunk feel to it. It offers a single-player experience with a possible multiplayer to be added in the future. It shows a cult that is in need of a leader. Praying will increase your cult’s faith and will gain special abilities like hacking and converting non-believers.


Harley Quinn and Joker Teased for PUBG Prison Break Update

It looks like PUBG is gearing up for an epic crossover with two of DC’s most infamous super-villains. A brief teaser for the game’s Prison Break update shows a female figure dressed in boots, fishnet tights, and a choker with letters spelling ‘Puddin’. An explosion follows and two figures emerge from the smoke. The next update is all but certain to bring cosmetic items based on Harley Quinn and The Joker, although they’ll probably be from the Suicide Squad versions of the characters.


Dragon Ball FighterZ Now Second Best-Selling Dragon Ball Game

Dragon Ball FighterZ is now the second best-selling videogame based on the Dragon Ball franchise. The 2D 3v3 fighter developed by Arc System Works has now sold over 3.5 million copies since its launch. This figure includes physical and digital sales. The top spot is still held by Dragon Ball Xenoverse with 5 million copies sold. At this rate though, FighterZ is bound to overtake Xenoverse sometime in the future. It also definitely helps that the game received critical acclaim.


Undertale Dev Releases New Game Deltarune, Demo Available

Get to play a new game demo called Deltarune from the makers of Undertale. All you would have to do is to head to their website and you will get to see some warnings about flashing imagery as well as the possibility of overriding the security protocol of your PC and then at the bottom of the page, you will see the download link of the demo for either English or Japanese for PC or Mac. The game features a new combat system and party members and enemies and all new dialogue as well.


MediEvil PS4 Remake Gets First Trailer

The remake of the lovable PlayStation 1 game MediEvil is coming sometime next year as announced in its very first trailer. The trailer has been shared by Sony and it features the protagonist Sir Daniel now in 4K and it also features a few gameplay sequences as well. Also, what’s amazing about the trailer is that features some old PlayStation 1 graphics mixed in with the PlayStation 4 ones giving the players the feeling of how far the video game industry has come over the last 20 years.


Strange Brigade Introduces New Character Hachiro Shimizu

Strange Brigade is getting a new character with the new DLC coming in and it is Hachiro Shimizu. He is armed with a Mikhailov 38-rifle as his main gun and a Marchador TT pistol as his sidearm. He is equipped with a powerful shock grenade that is able to stop his enemies dead on their tracks. Also, he is carrying an amulet called the Decaying Demon Blast that it is capable of releasing a wave of deadly spikes from the ground. The update will also come with new content for the Horde and Score attack modes.


Insurgency: Sandstorm Gets New Update Next Week

Insurgency Sandstorm will be getting a major beta update which will bring in a lot of much-requested changes. The update is slated to arrive November 8th. The update includes the new Precinct map as well as a new weapon, and a lot of new options, tweaks and fixes. Precinct is a large-scale urban map with destroyed streets, broken barricades, and tight corners. Insurgency: Sandstorm will be officially launching on December 12th for PC. Players on PS4 and Xbox One will get to play the game by 2019.

Apparition Now on Steam Early Access

Here’s another horror game you might want to check out! Apparition, a first-person survival horror game, is out now on Steam Early Access. The game lets players document ghost activity in a haunted American forest. They can communicate with the dead using an oiuja board. Players are also equipped with a video camera which they can use to document paranormal activity. Players get points for each piece of evidence they gather, but unless they escape these demons, they won’t get to keep them.


Black Desert Online Celebrates 10 Million Users

Black Desert Online is celebrating another milestone! The game has reportedly reached 10 million users, and to celebrate, there will be in-game celebratory events and giveaways which will reward players. The event is called “Celebrating Millions” and has three events under its umbrella and will run for three consecutive weeks. The first one is “Choice of 10 Million” will reward players with the new Cliff’s Weapons that can be exchanged to Gold Bars. The next two events will be announced soon.


This War of Mine’s The Last Broadcast DLC Announced

This War of Mine is getting a new DLC and it is called The Last Broadcast which is arriving on November 14, 2018. The launch of this DLC will also mark the 4th year anniversary of the original release of the game. There will be a lot of new content that will come with different endings, new gameplay mechanics, new moral dilemmas, new civilians that are playable, new livable shelters, and new sites to visit in the city of Pogoren. The DLC is available for $3.99 or as part of the Season Pass.

Insomniac’s Sunset Overdrive Might Be Heading to PC

Insomniac Games’ open-world adventure Sunset Overdrive is probably coming to the PC, based on the new listing that was seen on the US ESRB ratings board website. The game was previously launched in 2014 as an Xbox One exclusive. You could remember this game because of its ridiculous jokes, absurd creatures and weaponry, and just because the whole thing is over-the-top. The listing can be seen in two ratings boards already – US and Korea – but an exact release date has not been shared yet.


Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Companion App Announced

A free companion app has been announced by Activision for Call of Duty. This new app will let you track your social features, earn rewards, track your performance as well as be in the know with the latest Call of Duty news. This new app will work with both Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and Call of Duty: WW2. It will soon be available on iOS and Android devices for free. You will also be able to track your friend’s accomplishments and battle stats as well and compare it with your achievements too.


The Quiet Man’s Sound Update Arrives Next Week

The sound update is coming to The Quiet Man next week. The Quiet Man, from developers Human Head, has a deaf protagonist and players are able to play the game as how the deaf perceive it to be. What that means is that you are not able to hear anything in the game and would only be able to rely on your own interpretation of what is happening. With the new sound update though, you will now get to understand all of the game’s dialogue as well as the various sounds available around you.


Red Dead Redemption 2 Bug Sets Horses On Fire

Red Dead Redemption 2 has a weird glitch which sets its horses on fire. Apparently, there’s a specific patch of land that has invisible fire in it. The game’s AI are not aware of this area, and horses that pass through it will be suffering in its burning fury. Some players have possibly located the area, and looks like it’s near Rhodes. So if you’re in the game, you might want to take a detour if possible. Rockstar is yet to comment on this glitch.


Just Cause 4 System Requirements Revealed

Just Cause 4 has gone gold, and its system requirements have also been announced! To play the game at minimum, you’ll need a 64-bit Windows 7 SP1 OS with Platform Update for Windows 7. You’ll also need an Intel Core i5-2400 or AMD FX-6300 or better CPU, 8GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 or AMD R9 270 GPU, DirectX 11, and 59 GB of hard disk space. On the other hand, Square Enix recommends the following: a 64-bit Windows 10 OS, Intel Core i7-4770 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 CPU, 16GB of RAM, and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 or AMD Vega 56 GPU.


Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Gets First Story Patch

The very first story patch for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is arriving with patch 1.0.6 and it is the first episode for The Lost Tales of Greece. This will come with ‘The Show Must Go On’ free questline. This is accessible to those who were able to reach episode 5 of the game and are already on level 34. This will contain some self-contained questlines and will introduce some new challenges, characters, and so much more. The paid drop is called Legacy of the First Blade and will be coming at a later date.


Battlefield 5 Launch Maps Revealed

EA shared details and footage of the maps that will be coming in Battlefield 5 at launch day. The maps span locations in North Africa, France, Holland, and Norway. Specifically, there are 8 maps at launch, and these are: the frigid Narvik, which players from the beta might be familiar with, Fjell 652 which is a mountain peak, Rotterdam, Devastation Twisted Steel, Arras which has scenic fields, Hamada, and finally Aerodrome. After launch, a new map called Panzerstorm will also be added.


League of Legends World Championship Regional Hosts Revealed

Riot Games was able to announce the regions that will be hosting the future League of Legends World Championships. The locations given are for 2019, 2020, and 2021. The grand final for the weekend was held at Incheon Munhak Stadium. After that, it will be going to Europe for 2019 and as confirmed the finals will be at the AccorHotel Arena in Paris but the quarterfinal and the semifinal stages have not been announced yet. In 2020 the championships will move to China and back to North America in 2021.


Phantom Halls Leaves Early Access, Gets Online Co-op Soon

Phantom Halls, a side-scrolling action horror game, has officially launched after its Early Access run on Steam! the game is playable either in solo or co-op, and it tasks players into surviving the night inside a haunted house. Players control a group of teens, making them use a wide variety of weapons as they make their way inside the house. Players are also able to craft useful tools using materials they find along the way. The game’s developer, Incendium LLC, is working on adding online co-op soon.


EverQuest Expansion Beta Available Now

Daybreak Games has announced the 25th expansion for its award-winning MMORPG EverQuest! The expansion is called The Burning Lands, and it will be released on December 11th. It is now available for pre-order, and also includes beta access. The expansion brings an expanded lore, new luck stat, and six expansion zones. The Burning Lands’ expansion beta is currently available now for pre-order customers. It is slated to run until the DLC’s release on December.


Little Dragons Cafe Heading to PC Later This Month

The cute culinary adventure game from AkSys Games called Dragons Cafe is coming to the PC by November 15th. The game first launched for the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch in August of this year. The game tells the story of two siblings whose mother fell ill. They will then go on a journey to search for a cure for their mother and continue on with the family business, deal with their customers and on top of that raise a little dragon. The game includes crafting, farming, mothering and more.
