Verification takes days and support answers no emails/messages/Facebook/whatever.
Ignored my cancellation request raised after realizing seller’s support doesn’t give much of support requests.
Opened a PayPal dispute, closed with a refund luckily.
By looking at other reviews, I’d recommend to check your agreement with this seller and think about removing it from your site: I have completed multiple transactions here and Gamesrocket was the very first (and only one) that gave me headaches.

GamesRocket are scammers, they dont have keys. Beware. I had to open dispute on paypal, purchased on 3th december and paypal solve the dispute on 23th december.
20 Days to take my money back.
Avoid this company, they are scammers.

Ordered key, but status keeps on ‘pending payment’. I received a payment confirmation but no key. They don’t answer phone, don’t reply on email and don’t replyt on social media. Don’t take any risk and skip this shop!

You should remove this website from your list. As you can see on their facebook page, this is a scam. Buyers don’t get their keys (anymore) and there is no possibility to get in contact with them. Please protect other visitors from buying at this shop.
This site is a fraud. They took the money from my credit card for order 600004274 and they never gave me access to my game. IT was asked for ID verification but I never received an answer from the support.
Stay away from this site. It simply doesn’t work.
