Assassin’s Creed Origins December Update: New Mode, Quests, and More!

The Assassin’s Creed Origins December update is going to be packed with more content that will surely bring in more challenges. The update includes the new Nightmare difficulty, the much requested enemy scaling, a new Trial of the Gods, and much more. We’ve listed down each one in complete detail below.

Assassin’s Creed Origins December Update

Title Update

NIGHTMARE MODE – The new Nightmare difficulty will be included in the December Update. This new level will make enemies become more dangerous and more resilient”to damages.

ENEMY SCALING – This update will make the game scale lower level enemies

HEKA CHEST – Nightmare and First Civ Pack items will be available in the Heka Chest

TWO NEW QUESTS – Two new quests will also be added: Horde Mode and a new surprise quest. Horde Mode, which is recommended for players in level 32 or higher, will let players face an unlimited waves of enemies.

Trials of the Gods

December brings in the new god players will face in Trials of the Gods. This month it will be Sekhmet, the warrior goddess who is also regarded by ancient Egyptians as the fiercest hunter.

Those who missed the chance to confront the first two gods in the previous Trials (Anubis and Sobek), will now be able to battle them once the December update is fully activated.

In-Game Store Updates

The following packs will also be available starting this month:

12 December – Gladiator Items Pack

Features the Spaniard’s Armor, the Palladium shield, Hercules’ Gladius (sword), Labrys (heavy blade) and Neptune’s Grasp (spear).

26 December – Wacky Items Pack

Includes 1 mount and 4 weapons. More information will be shared soon.

    That’s cool that enemy scaling is an configurable option and looks like they will also add “chocobos”. 🙂
