The trailers showcased 3 characters that were revealed for the game earlier this month – Yamcha, Tien and Android 21. Yamcha and Tien are popular members of the Z Fighters, but Android 21 is an original character made specifically for this game under series creator Akira Toriyama’s supervision.

Yamcha’s trailer showed off his moves, including his iconic Wolf Fang Fist. Players who prefer getting up close and personal with their opponents will enjoy his close-quarters combat style.

Tien’s trailer reveals him to have a more versatile fighting style with plenty of utility moves, including calling popular partner Chiaotzu to temporaily “seal” his opponent.

Android 21’s trailer simply gives us a glimpse of the character and leaves more questions than answers. Is she friend or foe? What are her motives? Will she be playable?

Dragon Ball FighterZ will be coming to PC, XBox One and PS4 in early 2018. You can pre-order the physical editions now to get Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta as early unlocks.

Have you been hyped up even more by these trailers? Will you be including Yamcha, Tien or Android 21 in your main team? Tell us all about it in the comments below.

You are definitely not alone, Pedro. Almost everyone is on the hype train. Android 21 does seem very interesting, especially since Akira Toriyama supervised her creation. Let’s just hope they make her a playable character with an interesting moveset.
